Oklahoma State University
Oklahoma State University (OSU) is a public land-grant research university in Stillwater, Oklahoma.  Originally known as Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College, it is the flagship institution of the Oklahoma State University System. The Oklahoma State Cowboys and Cowgirls' athletic heritage includes 52 national championships, a total greater than all but three NCAA Division I schools in the United States, and first in the Big 12 Conference. Students spend part of the fall semester preparing for OSU's Homecoming celebration, begun in 1913, which draws more than 40,000 alumni and over 70,000 participants each year to campus and is billed by the university as "America's Greatest Homecoming Celebration."

Office of Student Veteran Success

"Rick I can’t thank you enough for all that you and this office have done for me and I look forward to working with you during my career as a student and work study employee. For the first time in over a decade I have direction and purpose, and I am fortunate to be working with so many like minded, interesting veterans that “get it.” Rhianna, Tyler, Christie, Mike, TJ, everyone has made this first week something bearable rather than overwhelming. I honestly don’t think I could do this without the support provided by this office and those in it."

I’m pleased with my choice to attend OSU online for my MBA. I feel like I got what I paid for (using TA) — a comprehensive review of the basics any business school grad would need to know. Attending online I think does cheapen the experience from several angles. Courses are not very rigorous. You do not get the chance to meet very many new people. And I missed out on the real chance to leverage the alumni network in my post military search. However as a vet, you always have that network available. Overall, I’m pleased with OSU and what I got. Could it have been better? Sure. But it was perfect for the price.
