Honorably-Discharged Veteran Fee Waiver
You must be an honorably-discharged veteran who served with the United States armed forces and be a resident of the US to be eligible for this award. This waiver does not apply to persons who qualify for education stipends or other veterans benefits under applicable sections of Title 38 of the U.S. Code, and applies only to those who have at some time qualified for benefits but who are no longer eligible.

The Seth Bonder Scholarship for Applied Operations Research is available to doctoral students in military operations research or a related discipline. You must be interested in interchange of military or research knowledge in conjunction with INFORMS.

Jennifer Corbett Memorial Scholarship
The Jennifer Corbett Memorial Scholarship is open to undergraduate students. Available to first-time students, re-entering students or students who have re-enrolled. You must be an active duty, veteran, reserve, or National Guard military personnel serving in the U.S. Armed Services, and their immediate family members to be eligible.

Transformation Story: Leslie Lewis

Lewis is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in educational leadership with an emphasis on higher education. She is an academic librarian by profession and is seeking a doctorate so that she can teach at the university level or pursue leadership positions in higher education. Her dissertation is on women and leadership development at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she also earned her undergraduate degree.

Army ROTC Alumni Council Tailgate
Dougherty Hall (Belknap Campus) 333 Eastern Pkwy
Kick off the homecoming football game with a SJU ROTC Alumni tailgate party! This event is open to all alumni council members, cadets (both past and present), cadre, staff, and their families. Additionally, we invite all SJU Alumni who have served as Active, National Guard, and Reserve officers in the various branches of service (i.e., Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard), and their families to join us. There will be free food and drinks at the tailgate catered by Mark's Feed Store.

Salute to Service Luncheon Featuring Panel Discussions with Arizona Military Leaders
College Avenue Commons, Devils Oasis (second floor of Marketplace)
A panel of military leaders will discuss particular technological threats and evolving challenges to U.S. national security and our alliance system — but also the broader challenge of maintaining awareness among both elites and average citizens, nearly two decades after the 9/11 attacks, of the need for vigilant attention to American national security strategy and the resources needed to accomplish its main objectives. Arizona military senior enlisted advisers will define the nature of what it means to serve in the military today, and why that service and sacrifice matters to our nation at this pivotal moment in our country’s history.
